MC2a

Since its creation in 1989, MIGRATIONS CULTURELLES aquitaine afriques (MC2a) has affirmed its desire to give visibility to the artistic expressions of Africa, especially in the Aquitaine and Bordeaux territories.
Co-founder in 2015 of the Africa Institute (IdAF), MC2a brings a renewed vision of the African worlds, in connection with the University and institutions (communities, museums, art centers ...)
MC2a is a cultural player, its field of expertise extends to the performing arts, event projects and educational actions.
Established in the Grand-Parc district in Bordeaux since July 2016, Annex B becomes for MC2a a societal stake of importance, offering workshops, artist residencies, actions to the public and schools.
By pooling with artists and supporting communities, local and territorial, MC2a carries a tool for artistic development and citizenship in the heart of the Metropolis and Grand Park, neighborhood renovation.
